We want to hear from you! The main reason why we started this blog is see what other people in our little gypsy horse world are up to, and (most importantly) to hear when the new babies are born!! But we don't have to stop there... we're hoping to be a one-stop-shop for any information reguarding gypsy horse fairs, open houses, magazne deadlines - plus a section that you can put your horses for sale. Please e-mail us at gaildemarco@yahoo.com for more information on putting your horse or farm on our site.

She is well handled, extremely friendly and easy going. She has a nice
build and is a beautiful mover. She has been saddled and ground driven but
not backed yet. She produced an awesome double dilute colt this year that
we are keeping which is the only reason she is for sale. She delivered
easily and has been a great mom. She is currently being bred back to my Bay
Tobiano stallion, Gypsy Elite Aidan. I am asking $25,000 obo for her in
foal to Aidan (live foal guarantee). I have some YouTube videos of her at http://www.youtube.com/user/JenCadwell
Out of DJ Flawless and DJ Apollo, foaled 4/28/10, named ‘Benz’ aka (Bennie) very sweet just like his mommy and daddy. Looks to be another BIG baby just like all the other foals by DJ Flawless (she truly does have “flawless” babies…) Would make a GREAT family horse, based off of the personalities of both parents, and would be an exceptional ride/drive companion for any show ring. Brief Description: His parents are registered gypsy cob and gypsy vanner horses and their dna is on file at the University of Kentucky. His dam is a daughter of the Diamond Cutter and his sire is from a Conner’s stallion who is a son of the Governor. That makes him related to Bear and Harkaway Tansey. His parents are 15 hands and very big boned and heavily feathered. Their confirmation is perfect and their temperaments are like puppy dogs! I can’t imagine the baby being any different. He is handled daily and we love him.
Thank you again Guthrie Gypsy Horses for such an amazing little guy!!! He is so funny to watch! Letting him out in the round pen, he trots a little. Stops. And jumps straight up in the air, it’s the cutest thing! Then he runs in circles, bucking and kicking…. stops. And does it all over again. Ha ha! We’ll have video of this soon…. Hershey is considered a perlino; homozygous for black, homozygous for creme and has one agouti. His breeding was made possible by Desert Jewel Gypsy Horses; pairing the famous buckskin stallion Falcon and the beautiful buckskin mare Queenie. Hershey turns one this year and we are so excited to see him grow, he’s looking better and better everyday!
